Strategic Wellness Solutions™ gives organisations objective visibility into workforce resilience, hidden physiological strain, and emerging operational risk — before it appears in absence, performance decline, or disengagement.

"Every organisation we speak to has the same experience. The data doesn't quite explain the performance gap. The wellbeing programmes aren't moving the needle. Good people are burning out and nobody saw it coming."
That's not a management failure. It's a measurement failure — and it's one we can fix together.
SWS exists to give you the biological intelligence your organisation has never had access to before. We're glad you found us.
— The SWS Team
Organisations invest heavily in engagement surveys, absence tracking, and wellbeing programmes. Yet they remain blind to the physiological forces that silently erode workforce capacity long before conventional indicators change.
Absence rates, engagement results, productivity patterns, and retrospective wellbeing indicators — all lagging signals of problems already embedded in the workforce.
Hidden performance loss, reduced recovery capacity, resilience decline before absence, and emerging workforce risk not captured in standard reporting frameworks.
"Burnout, absenteeism, and presenteeism are not simply HR challenges. They are measurable biological events — and organisations that cannot measure them cannot manage them."
Key InsightPerformance decline is not behavioural first — it is physiological. Blood testing is already standard in clinical settings. The same biological intelligence can now be applied to the workforce.
The prevailing model of workforce burnout is incomplete. Sustained occupational pressure is increasingly associated with measurable biological changes that can emerge before visible behavioural symptoms appear.
Strategic Wellness Solutions™ applies biomarker-based intelligence to understand workforce resilience through physiological indicators linked to cellular resilience, recovery capacity, and systemic biological balance.
"We already use blood to manage illness… what we haven't done — until now — is use it to manage performance."
Biological indicators associated with underlying regenerative and adaptive capacity — the foundation of sustained performance under occupational demand.
Physiological conditions that influence energy, cognition, and the capacity to sustain performance. Imbalance manifests as cognitive decline before behaviour changes.
Biological insights into factors that may contribute to vulnerability to burnout.
The Swiss Cheese Model (James Reason) explains how accidents occur when system weaknesses align. Strategic Wellness Solutions™ extends this logic to the biological layer — identifying why those weaknesses form in the first place, and how early biomarker intelligence prevents their emergence.
A structured methodology built for organisational application. The framework transforms biological data into decision-support intelligence through a repeatable operating doctrine — not a wellness programme.
Measure workforce resilience through objective biological indicators. Establish a defensible physiological baseline across the organisation using BBI™ scoring and risk tier classification via WREM™.
Translate intelligence into targeted organisational action. Structured intervention protocols address identified resilience risks with clinical-grade correction pathways and personalised plans.
Track resilience over time, enabling continuous visibility into workforce stability, emerging risk patterns, and measurable performance improvement through PRI™ and WRR™ reporting.
The 120-day reassessment cycle reflects the complete lifespan of a red blood cell — the foundational unit of biological change. This is the minimum meaningful interval for measurable physiological reassessment. The human body sets the timeline. SWS aligns with it.
Quantifies physiological risk exposure across the organisation — translating biological data into an operational risk score.
Classifies performance capacity by biological health tier — giving leadership a structured view of workforce stability.
Establishes the individual physiological baseline from which intervention, correction, and improvement are measured.
Tracks the individual risk profile across the 120-day intervention cycle — enabling continuous, personalised monitoring.
The SWS Resilience Classification System™ translates biological data into four operational tiers — giving leadership teams a structured, board-ready view of workforce stability, exposure, and emerging risk.
Torrissen et al. (2025) analysed 595,480 whole-blood dried blood spot fatty acid profiles to examine global variation in fatty acid status. This evidence base informs the SWS Resilience Standard™ and provides the scientific foundation for understanding the "silent workforce" as a measurable organisational phenomenon.

New peer-reviewed research — October 2026. Gisslevik et al. analysed 762,150 whole-blood dried blood spot samples. In Table 4, the structured supplementation programme group had median EPA + DHA of 5.9% and AA/EPA of 3.6, compared with 4.4% and 8.0 in self-supplemented users. These are observed differences between groups. The programme combined a standardised fish-oil/olive-oil formulation, weight-based dosing guidance and biomarker feedback. Strategic Wellness Solutions™ operates as an independent biological workforce risk intelligence organisation. The framework is guided by scientific oversight, evidence-based methodology, and structured governance principles.
Framework outputs are driven by evidence and structured methodology. No service-provider bias. No agenda beyond the accuracy of the intelligence produced.
Methodological logic is structured for governance-level review and responsible organisational application — designed to withstand board-level scrutiny.
The model evolves in alignment with advances in biomarker research and workforce evidence. Rigour is the standard, not a feature.
The SWS Scientific Advisory Board provides oversight across biomarker science, resilience analytics, and workforce health modelling — supporting methodological integrity and responsible framework development.
Clinical and biomarker research oversight supporting the scientific integrity of the SWS framework and resilience classification system.
Workforce health analytics expertise linking biological indicators to organisational resilience and performance modelling at population scale.
The SWS Research & Intelligence Programme™ supports ongoing evidence synthesis, sector benchmarking, resilience studies, and cohort-level intelligence outputs that strengthen the authority and future development of the framework.
Continuous review and interpretation of large-scale biomarker research relevant to workforce resilience and performance intelligence.
Development of baseline resilience intelligence across sectors, roles, and operating environments — including offshore and high-consequence industries.
Structured reporting outputs designed to translate resilience patterns into organisational decision support at board and operational level.
The current workforce model relies on indirect indicators and reactive intervention.
The next phase will be defined by something different.
This is not a wellbeing initiative. This is a measurable workforce risk reduction strategy.
